Buuuut, Bike Glendhu is only 10 minutes away from Wanaka’s township, so it’s pretty easy to get out here with your bike regardless of where you stay in Wanaka.

YHA Wanaka
The YHA Wanaka backpackers accommodation is a great option for your mountain biking trip if you’re on a budget and want to be close to Wanaka township. You’ll be super close to the bike trails in town, and it’s even got an area for you to store your bike when you get back from riding all those decadent trails around. They offer mixed and gender-specific dorms, as well as private rooms so you can pick what suits you and your group the best.

Edgewater Wanaka is a super central hotel right on the lakefront and is only 11.7km from Bike Glendhu.
