Passes purchased can be used at either Cardrona or Bike Glendhu on any day of the summer biking season (September 15, 2023-June 3, 2024).

Cardrona Bike Park summer season dates are nominally December 15, 2023-March 2, 2024. Bike Glendhu summer season dates are nominally September 15, 2023-June 3 2024. Dates subject to change with weather and operational constraints.

Bookings for this offer can be direct through either the Cardrona or Bike Glendhu websites.

Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name and photograph are assigned to the pass.

Pass protection is not available for this product and passes are non-refundable. However, refunds will be considered in extenuating circumstances. A doctor’s certificate may be requested to support refund requests based on medical grounds. Refund applications must be in writing with supporting documentation. The basis of any refund will be determined by the usage of the pass and is at the absolute descretion of the Cardrona Resorts and Bike Glendhu. Refund requests for this 2023.24 Cardrona and Bike Glendhu Hero Pass must be received by no later than April 30th, 2024, by contacting either Cardrona or Bike Glendhu (from whomever you purchased the Hero Pass). Refund credit requests must not be assumed and any requests received after this date will be at the discretion of Cardrona Resorts and/or Bike Glendhu.

Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

Fraudulent use of your pass will result in confiscation of the pass and prosecution of all parties involved.
