Admin & Business Support: 15 hours/week

Are you organized, detail-oriented and passionate about providing excellent administrative support? Bike Glendhu MTB Park is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Admin & Business Support.

Working closely with Bike Glendhu’s Operations, Sales & Marketing and Hospitality Managers, as well as the Board of Directors, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, handling invoicing, managing accounts, preparing reports, undertaking payroll and assisting with our contractual employment process, among other responsibilities.

Preferred skills and experience include:

  • A strong understanding of commercial and financial systems
  • A background and knowledge in the HR field
  • Expereience in office and administrative management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and accounting software
  • Good understanding of H&S policies

Hospitality Assistant Manager: Full-time

Bike Glendhu is seeking an Assistant Manager for Velo Cafe & Beer Garden, our on-site hospitality venue at the bike park. You will work alongside the Hospitality Manager to lead the cafe team and deliver epic experiences for our guests. This is your opportunity to learn from the best in the biz, in a beautiful environment surrounded by rad people!

Preferred skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Duty Manager certification an asset, but we are open to paying for certification
