Trail Maintenance Crew:

 

Ready to dig in? Our trail team is growing! If you’re an all-hands-on-deck kind of person who enjoys working outside, we want to hear from you!

 

Our Trail Team oversees one of the most important jobs at the park: making sure our world class trails are groomed and ready to ride. The main focus of this position will be to help refresh our trails for the 2022/23 season, which starts in early September.

This position will be offered on a casual contract from August 22nd–October 21st, 2022. All trail crew members get a free seasons pass at Bike Glendhu and plenty of opportunities to test out their builds! This job requires physical labour including using hand tools and powered garden tools to clear and refresh our trail network.

Front of House/Customer Service with First Response:

We are currently looking for experienced front-line ticketing/customer service reps with first responder qualifications. This position will require exceptional customer service, sales and assisting all our customers who enter the park. Additionally, these team members are responsible for aiding in the first response when an incident occurs in the park, plus assisting our lead First Responder in training and set up.

Qualifications required: Current PHEC

Dates: Full time from August 29th, 2022-April 30th, 2023

 

Front of House/Customer Service:

We are currently looking for Front of House/Customer Service gurus to join our ticketing team. If you’re a sales superstar who works well in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!

The ideal person for this job is a highly motivated customer service star that knows how to put the customer first and get them stoked to spend a day out riding world class trails.

Qualifications required: Previous sales experience an asset.

Dates for role 1: Part time from October 24th, 2022-April 30th, 2023  (with potential for full time over summer school holidays).

Dates for role 2: Full time from December 19th, 2022-January 30th, 2023.

Van/Can-Am Shuttle Driver:

Bike Glendhu is looking for experienced van and Can-Am drivers with a valid P license who is available over weekends and school holidays. This is a part time position that includes shuttling customers into the park using a van and a trailer. In addition, our 4WD Can-Am drivers provide private shuttles for our customers.

Our drivers are often the first point of contact for many riders at Bike Glendhu, so a customer-service focus is essential. This role requires lifting bikes up to 20kg.

Qualifications: P license and 4wd familiarity considered an asset, but training can be provided.

Dates: Part time from September 1st, 2022-April 30th, 2023 (mainly weekends and holidays). Full time work will be available from Christmas to the end of January.

Rentals/Workshop Technician

Bike Glendhu is looking for rental rockstars! If you’re a mechanical whiz who thrives in busy environment, we want to hear from you! Our rental and workshop team makes sure our rental fleet is ready to for the busy day ahead. In this role, you’ll help facilitate our bike rentals and will perform basic bike repairs.

The ideal person for this job is a creative problem solver who has an interest in bike mechanics and prioritizes customer service.

Qualifications: Basic bike knowledge recommended

Dates: Full time from October 24th, 2022-April 30th, 2023

Cafe Venue Manager at Velo Cafe

Velo Cafe at Bike Glendhu is currently looking for a Café Manager who has experience in management or previous long stints in hospitality  (FOH/Chef/Barista).
